Andrew is managing The Energy Savers Program for the Queensland Farmers’ Federation, advising the Queensland Government on renewable energy and was recently an advisor to the CCIQ’s ecoBiz program and the Project Manager, District Cooling for CitySmart.  Andrew has a Bachelor of Science, a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning and is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP).

Abstract Outline: Ergon and QFF have been managing the Energy Savers Programs in Queensland to assist farmers reduce their energy costs through targeted and practical advice. With over 120 audits completed, and over 60% of farmer having, or intending to implement audit findings, the program has focussed on energy, water and productivity to realise significant savings for farmers.

The joint presentation by Ian McGregor and Axel Braunsberger of Ergon and Andrew Chamberlin of QFF will outline the estimated and measured savings from the program and some of its highlights. The program is funded by the Queensland Government and delivered in partnership between Ergon and QFF and its members.
